Kailee Matischuk
- Title: Stylist Apprentice
Kenora, born and raised, Kailee is our hometown girl. She is always smiling and enthusiastic to create. Inspired by Ken Paves, Hollywood’s hottest hairstylist, Kailee has a passion for the art of coloring, customizing extensions, cutting to produce the newest looks and putting the final touches on every hairstyle. She customizes the wants and needs of all her guests. She began her apprenticeship at Edward Carriere and has attended various Redken, Bumble & Bumble and Goldwell classes and has had the privilege of barber training with the Great John Unger of WInnipeg. She joined the team this year in Las Vegas for the 2009 Redken Symposiun for a three day workshop on Professional Edge. Last year, Kailee competed in Toronto at the Technological Skills Competition and recently was 1 of 5 participants chosen from all of Ontario to compete in the finals for Redken’s Own the Cover Contest. Kailee is nearing completion of her apprenticeship and will be claiming the title of our latest Junior Stylist.
